eos is continually searching for good quality housing sites. Land can be of any shape or size and may already have a building on it. Any land will be carefully considered for its potential but those sites within, or next to, an established residential area will attract a premium. Even if the land is not directly owned, eos will pay a substantial finders fee for useful information that leads to the purchase of a housing site.
