About eos Group
eos was formed from a standing start in April 2005, purchasing its first residential site in August and selling the completed homes by April the following year. The company is presently developing sites with a sales value in excess of £7m and expects this to rise to £20m within three years of trading.
Founder, owner and managing director is Andrew Muncey. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering Andrew climbed the corporate ladder to become Group Managing Director of construction and property plc MJ Gleeson. eos is founded on a philosophy developed during those years in the hot seat of a large organisation and Andrew feels that the lessons learned are even more relevant to an intimate and personal organisation such as eos.
'The concept of quality runs like a thread through every facet of our organisation', says Andrew. 'Our well-designed homes will be carefully assembled by experienced craftsmen using the best materials.'
There is also a special place within the eos culture for the customers: 'Our organisation is accurately described as being 'personal' and we want our customers to regard us as reliable and trusted friends who will respond to any domestic emergency at any time in the future.'
